Prescription Refill Requests:
We fill prescriptions during business hours only. Ask your pharmacy to fax or email us a refill request. Please give us 24-48 hours to refill your prescription.

After Hour Phone Call Policy:
If you call the office after 5pm or on the weekends your call will be transferred to our answering service. Our answering service is an outsourced service that has no access to your or our records. They cannot answer medical questions, change appointments, request prescription refills, etc. Please email the office staff. Please use the Answering Service if you are having an issue that cannot wait several hours for a reply. Of course, if you are having a medical emergency call 911 first, then Dr. Lovitt.
Once you are an established patient, you can use the online patient portal to securely update your personal information, view results, and contact the office staff and/or Dr. Lovitt.
